• Data is stored on servers with industry-standard security (encryption, access control).

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

• Users may request data deletion by deleting their account through settings or by contacting us.

04Third-Party Integrations

• Google Login: requires access to basic account data (name & email).

• Telegram Integration: subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy, beyond Moneysaurus AI's control.

05User Rights

In accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, Users have the right to:

• Access, correct, update, or delete their personal data.

• Withdraw consent for data processing.

• Object to the processing of certain data.

06Data Retention

• Personal data will be stored as long as the User's account is active.

• If an account is deleted, all related data will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days after the deletion request is received.

07Children's Privacy

• The Moneysaurus AI Service is not intended for children under 13 years old.

• We do not intentionally collect data from children under that age.

• If it is discovered that data from a child is stored, we will immediately delete it.

08Changes to the Privacy Policy

• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

• Significant changes will be notified via registered email or in-app notifications.
