01Definitions

• Moneysaurus AI: a web-based and chatbot personal finance recording service developed and/or managed by Technosaurus Digital Rex.

• User: An individual who uses Moneysaurus AI services via the web or Telegram integration.

• Service: The web-based and chatbot platform provided by Moneysaurus AI for recording income, expenses, and storing personal transaction data inputted by the User.

• Content: All data or information entered by the user, including transaction records, text, personal information, and documents/uploads.

• We: The development team and/or managers of the Moneysaurus AI Service.

• Parties: The User and the Moneysaurus AI Development/Management Team.

02Scope of Service

• Moneysaurus AI is a personal finance recording tool, not a banking, digital wallet, or investment service.

• The Service is not directly connected to bank accounts, financial institutions, or payment service providers.

• Users may record transactions and upload supporting documentation as needed.

03Registration & Access

• To use the Moneysaurus AI service, Users may be required to create an account by providing true, accurate, and up-to-date information (e.g., email address or Google account).

• Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

04Age Restrictions

• The Service is only available to Users at least 13 years old.

• By using the service, the User represents that they are 13 years of age or older.

• If it is discovered that an account is owned by a child under 13 without parental/guardian consent, we reserve the right to close the account and delete its data in accordance with applicable law.

05User Rights & Obligations

• Users use the service only for lawful personal purposes and do not violate the law.

• All data and information entered by the user remains the property of the user.

• By using the Service, the User grants Us a limited license to store, process, and display data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

• Users are prohibited from using the service for activities including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, and distribution of content that violates copyright.

• Users are prohibited from uploading, storing, or distributing content that violates the law, public morals, is indecent, discriminatory, contains hate speech, or materials that potentially harm other parties.

• Users are prohibited from hacking, disrupting, or abusing the Moneysaurus AI system.

• Users may stop using the service at any time.

• Users may request the deletion of all personal data and transaction records at any time, and we will process such requests in accordance with applicable laws.

06Our Rights & Obligations

• We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, modifications, or temporary/permanent suspension of all or part of the Service.

• We strive to maintain the security, integrity, and availability of the Service, but do not guarantee the Service will always be free from disruptions, viruses, or errors.

• We reserve the right to suspend or close a User's account if there are indications of violations of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

07Intellectual Property Rights

• All logos, designs, layouts, code, features, and other elements of Moneysaurus AI are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other related laws, and are Our lawful property.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

• All intellectual property rights, provisions regarding limitation of liability, and applicable legal provisions remain attached to Moneysaurus AI and do not transfer to the User, even if the User closes their account or stops using the Service.

08Limitation of Liability & AI Disclaimer

• All AI-generated insights, recommendations, and analyses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Users should consult a licensed financial advisor (Perencana Keuangan) before making important financial decisions.

• All activities occurring through a user's account, including but not limited to financial decisions, are the full responsibility of the user.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the User's negligence or inability to use the Service, or from reliance on AI-generated insights.

09Force Majeure

We are released from liability for delays or failures in providing the Service caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, network disruptions, government actions, cyberattacks, or riots.

10Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• Changes will be notified via the website and take effect from the specified date.

11Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including but not limited to the ITE Law, the Personal Data Protection Law, and the Child Protection Law.

• In the event of a dispute, the Parties agree to resolve it primarily through deliberation.

• If it cannot be resolved through deliberation, the dispute will be settled at the final level through arbitration in Indonesia conducted by the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).

12Payment & Refund Policy

• By completing a payment, the User acknowledges and agrees that all subscription fees are non-refundable, including in cases of early cancellation, account closure, or unused subscription time.

• Users are encouraged to review their selected plan carefully before proceeding to payment.

• If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to paid features, please contact our support team at support@moneysaurus.id for assistance.

13Others

• Confidentiality: The Parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information obtained in connection with the use of the Service.

• Assignment: Users are not permitted to assign rights or obligations without Our prior written consent.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the User and Moneysaurus AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations.

• Language: These Terms and Conditions are made in Indonesian and English. In case of interpretation differences, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
